2. This website
This website is a static information site. We do not use any cookies for analytics, tracking or marketing, and there are no logins or forms on the site.
The website is hosted by an external provider. The provider processes technical data, such as IP address and browser information, in its operational logs in order to deliver and protect the service.
3. When you contact us
When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide yourself — for example your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to handle and respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or performance of a contract if the matter concerns a service you have purchased from us. The data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and thereafter as required by accounting and other applicable legislation.
4. Customers of our business
For customers who order astrological charts, we process the data needed to create and deliver the order and to meet our accounting obligations. Data included in accounting records is retained in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.
5. Recipients of data
We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to suppliers who process data on our behalf, for example for hosting, email and accounting, and to public authorities where we are required to do so by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this takes place subject to applicable safeguards under the General Data Protection Regulation, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- request information about the data we process about you
- request rectification of inaccurate data
- request erasure of data in certain cases
- request restriction of processing in certain cases
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- in certain cases receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format (data portability)
- withdraw a consent you have given
Use the contact details in section 1 if you wish to exercise any of your rights.
8. Complaints
If you have questions or comments about how we process your personal data, you are always welcome to contact us first and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), which is the supervisory authority.
